There are eight values to which we are committed. These represent our understanding of how we are to accomplish the mission of LBC most effectively.
- Biblical Preaching and Teaching - We are committed to proclaiming the truth of God's Word, the Bible, in ways that are understandable and relevant for the purpose of changing lives.
- Intercessory Prayer - We are committed to communicating with the Lord regarding His work among all people.
- Authentic Worship - We are committed to enabling people to fully experience God's presence in spirit and truth through a variety of expressions.
- Lifestyle Evangelism - We are committed to showing God's love through caring relationships and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ through a variety of methods.
- Developing Disciples - We are committed to helping believers grow in their faith, know Jesus better, be more like Him and do His work.
- Worldwide Missions - We are committed to spreading God's Word and love all over the world.
- Servant Leadership - We are committed to developing leadership which demonstrates godly character, loves all people and influences through serving according to the example set by Christ.
- Connected Community - We are committed to nurturing healthy, loving relationships among people of all age groups through close friendships.
